Yup, I pre-ordered my EQX 800 back on November 16th. I've never been this excited about getting a new detector.

Hopefully they shipped enough from the factory to fill most of the pre-orders. If not, they say that another shipment will be coming in a few weeks.

I can't wait to see how it does at all my old sites. Target ID is supposed to be very accurate on deep coins. It should turn a lot of those iffy signals into nice clear tones.

Super fast recovery speed along with HF Gold mode should pull a few more relics from the iron.

They say the manual will not be included with the detector so I already have mine printed out. All 69 pages of it.

Dealers are saying they've been told by their distributor to expect initial shipments this week plus minelab posted a picture of pallet loads of them in retail boxes and said they are ready to ship.

Every official Minelab dealer is getting 3 units in the initial shipment.  So if you weren't one of the first to pre-order you will have to wait.
